Leslie has nine years of experience teaching Composition at colleges in the Pacific Northwest and New Mexico. Some of her favorite things to read are nineteenth-century novels, true crime books, and cookbooks. Rebecca was awarded the 2014 Diana Hacker TYCA Award for Outstanding Programs in English for Two-Year Colleges and Teachers (Writers’ Community), 2012 Aims Faculty of the Year, and Aims Online Teaching Excellence in 2016.

When she's not reading, you might find her running or cooking.

He enjoys teaching writing so he can empower his students to do the same. In Public Speaking, the topics students present are interesting, limitless, and really show what students are interested in and how these interests evolve with time. Brian likes baseball, and enjoys time with his loyal cocker spaniel, Bubba. She is the recipient of the FRCC John Jenkins Master Teacher Award for 2008-2009.who introduced a revolutionary teaching methodology Oswego Movement in American education.In 1942 the New York Legislature elevated it from a normal school to a degree-granting teachers' college, Oswego State Teachers College, which was a founding and charter member of the State University of New York system in 1948.Recent years have witnessed the launch of a 0 million campus-wide renovation and renewal program, with the new Campus Center acting as the social hub of campus.The college's new social hub, known as the Marano Campus Center Complex, which opened in the fall of 2007, includes new construction and renovation of the existing Swetman/Poucher complex.Founded in the city of Oswego by Sheldon to train teachers to meet pressing educational needs, the college moved to its current location on the shore of Lake Ontario in 1913 after Sheldon Hall was constructed.The current campus is located on 690 acres (2.8 km) along Lake Ontario.
